Şu an merkezdeki Milta Marina'nın olduğu yerde...
Bugünkü Ege Denizi o zamanlar kara idi..

Throughout history, cities have sunk in disasters, the city was founded on the city
The locals of Bodrum say that Bodrum has sunk and gone up 7 times in history, and they say that the community of a country that has reached a hundred thousand households has sunk. They tell us that there have been many and very important earthquakes even in the last 3-4 centuries, and that there have been tsunamis in these earthquakes.. When the waters receded, the old people of 30 years ago told that the sea remained in the form of a swamp for months, 3-5 months later the sea came back..
In one of these earthquakes, they tell us that Fethiye was flooded when the waters were receding a lot in Bodrum. There used to be a very large Ottoman shipyard in Bodrum... Where Milta Marina is in the center right now... This place was flooded in an earthquake. While its existence has almost been forgotten, in another earthquake, the waters around Bodrum recede and the Ottoman shipyard appears as it was, and they pull all the ships and tools from the shipyard ashore.. Now all this is on display at the Ottoman Shipyard Museum in Bodrum.
No one looks at the events that grow up in history as if this disaster and catastrophe have happened.. They are just visiting the historical Ottoman Shipyard Museum with a fantastic approach.. Heads cannot go further than a conversation comparing today's wooden boats with Ottoman galleys...
However, there are ship fathers we know at the summit of Pilav Tepe in Milas, 50 km from Bodrum..
However, it is also known that everywhere from the north of Izmir and along the alluvial plains and mountain Declivities by Izmir to Akhisar was flooded before the flood 12-15, 000 years ago. The ship fathers had also been found towards the heights of Manisa Spil Mountain. It has even been found in places where there are high mountains of Akhisar.. The remains of sea creatures were also found high on Spil Mountain. Today's Aegean Sea was land at that time.. The Aegean Sea area collapsed with massive earthquakes and volcanic movements. The vast majority of the waters located in today's Aegean Region filled towards today's Aegean Sea.. Some of the waters were also pulled underground. Until yesterday, many places in Manisa were swamps. So it is certain that there are sea waters around here.
